NEW FACULTY
There are two new faculty orientation sessions for new Pitt Public Health faculty. The first is held by the school at the start of each academic year, normally in late August or September. The second is highly recommended for those faculty who will begin teaching right away. It is offered by the University’s Center for Teaching and Learning (UTCL) in August at the start of the new academic year.

The school has been participating in the university-wide process of assessing programmatic outcomes annually. Each spring, programs review the assessments and results to update action plans for the next year. For more information on the process visit the Provost’s Web site. For details about Pitt Public Health’s process, contact Robin Leaf.
