Goal Statement: Create an open and transparent environment that facilitates faculty and staff development for career advancement and embraces and promotes equity in roles, workload and responsibilities.
- Objective 1: Raise awareness of and encourage all staff to participate in professional development opportunities internal and external to the university.
- Objective 2: Offer financial support for professional development opportunities
- Objective 3: All junior faculty to participate in at least one faculty mentoring program
- Objective 4: Establish mentoring support for mid-career faculty at the associate professor-level.
