Pitt Public Health Council
The Pitt Public Health Council is a union of the school's key administrators, faculty leadership and elected faculty representation from all academic departments, the chairs of the standing committees and representatives from staff and the student body. This structure results in...
- a functioning governance that is able to enact initiatives in a more timely manner;
- enhanced interaction among school members and between the administration and the faculty;
- increased faculty and staff involvement in planning and development;
- more consistent enforcement of policies and procedures;
- the establishment of a more formal commitment to achieving diversity among faculty and students;
- the establishment of the Pitt Public Health Council as the forum for consensus building and for activities that promote school-wide goals and objectives.
Monthly Council Meeting Schedule
Pitt Public Health Council meetings are open to all school members and take place at the dates and times below, via Zoom. A closed session will begin right after the open session.
