ACHD medical epidemiologist Kristen J. Mertz, MD, MPH directs the operation of the health clinics of the Allegheny County Health Department.
Dr. Mertz earned her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and her M.P.H. from Columbia University School of Public Health. She has worked for the department since 2014.
