Upload your Vaccination Record

Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the most important thing every one of us can do to protect our health and those around us. As advocates of public health, we know that vaccination is one of the most effective approaches for preventing the spread of infectious diseases.

Every University of Pittsburgh student, faculty, and staff member is required to provide proof that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19, or they will need to undergo regular testing. As Pitt Public Health students, faculty and staff, let’s be role models for others in our community.

If you have not yet done so, please upload your proof of COVID-19 vaccination here. If you are unable to find your card, you can get a copy using this link.  The Pitt Vaccine Clinics are a good resource for those who still need to get vaccinated or have questions about the process.

We appreciate your ongoing commitment.
