RAMP to K Program
The ICRE’s RAMP to K program
http://www.icre.pitt.edu/ramp/index.html
assists trainees in writing a competitive K award, and is geared towards fellows/very early faculty who might be planning to write a K award in the coming year. The TEAM program
http://www.icre.pitt.edu/mentoring/team.html
increases the knowledge, skills, and practice of mentoring among new mentors and is geared towards early or mid-career faculty who would like to improve their mentoring skills. Both are one year programs. The applications are currently closed, but we could reopen them for promising applicants. Let me know if you have anyone who would benefit. Jane A. Cauley, DrPH Associate Dean for Research
