Fellowship on Death and Dying (Jewish Healthcare Foundation)

The Fellows will participate in six sessions. Faculty experts from the community and site visits to local facilities will provide a low pressure environment where participants can process information and ask questions about key issues related to death and dying. In the final session, working as a full group, the Fellows will convert their lessons learned into an action plan for our community and for their own careers and institutions. Fellowship sessions will be held on the following Mondays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM: January 26, February 9, February 23, March 9, March 23, and March 30. Dinner will be provided, and the sessions will be held downtown or at nearby sites, including Allegheny General Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Family Hospice, and the Good Grief Center. An application is available online at: http://www.qitcenter.org/2015-fellowship-on-death-and-dying.html.
