Three epidemiology students traveled to Seattle this week to present findings at the 2017 annual meeting of the Society for Pediatric Epidemiologic Research (SPER). Reproductive, perinatal, and pediatric epidemiology is no longer the “new kid on the block.”
The society was formed in 1988, and holds an annual meeting each June, immediately preceding the meeting of the Society for Epidemiologic Research. The work presented at SPER’s annual meeting represents the cutting edge of research in pediatric and perinatal epidemiology.
