Congratulations to alumnus MARIO BROWNE (BCHS '05) on receiving Pitt's fourth annual Equipoise Creating a Just Community Award. Presented by Pitt's Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the Equipoise Brunch during Social Justice Week, the award honors a member of the University community for his/her involvement in the work of social justice, creating an inclusive environment, and supporting the Pittsburgh community. Equipoise is a University organization that seeks to provide fellowship and development opportunities for black and African-American members of the Pitt community.
