Personal Statement

My research interests focus on

• Application of statistical methods for the analysis of neuroimaging data

• Neuroepidemiology
• Statistical methods for the analysis of multimodality neuroimaging data
• Health sciences data

My collaborative research focuses on application of statistical methods for neuroimaging data. Examples include 

• Relationship between CT characteristics and outcome after traumatic brain injury
• Relationship between MRI markers (structural MRI, white matter hyperintensities and DTI) and mobility measures
• Relationship between neuroimaging and sleep disorders

My methodological research focuses on dimension reduction techniques and statistical methods for multimodality neuroimaging data. This includes the following topics
• Nonparametric concordance-discordance tests
• Partial Least Squares
