Convocation and Celebration of Student Awards RSVP

Join Us as We Honor our 2016-17 Graduates

Graduating students, Pitt Public Health faculty, and guests are encouraged to RSVP for Convocation and the Celebration of Student Awards either using this form or by U.S. mail. April 14, 2017 is the deadline to RSVP.

Awardees honored during the Celebration of Student Awards are required to RSVP regardless of intention to attend. Payment for guests attending the Celebration of Student Awards must be mailed or dropped off to the Office of Student Affairs, A519 Crabtree Hall, 130 DeSoto Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15261 in order for your RSVP to be complete.

There is no charge for any member of the 2016-17 graduating class or for Pitt Public Health faculty. Guests under 10 years old are also free of charge.

Remember to ask if s/he will attend convocation. If not, you'll be hooded by your department chair.

If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours and wish to check the status of your RSVP, check your spam folder and then contact Caitlin McCullough.
